Communication audit

 

During the process of an audit, all communication processes are evaluated:



- the path and efficiency of processes
- the level of costs and discounts
- selected strategy, channels and advertising solutions
- the work and efficiency of cooperating partners



At the end of the audit, a summary analysis is prepared, which contains the explored positive/negative areas and a proposal on how to exploit/solve them.



I offer my support in the implementation of the proposed measures resulting from the audit, such as the revision or renegotiation of existing contracts or the management of a tender process.
